Our 3 course wedding banquet menu requires a minimum of 40 guests

Entree Selection

  • Chicken nibbles marinated in sesame and Manuka honey
  • Fresh green lipped mussels steamed in white wine and citrus zest
  • Crumbed fish goujons, with home made tartare sauce
  • Fresh Mahurangi Oysters served in the half shell
  • Whole garlic prawns twisted in wonton paper
  • Seafood dishes complemented with lemon wedges and soy sauce

Salad Selection

Your choice of three

  • Fresh mixed leaves with tomato and cucumber, complemented by our chef’s home made vinaigrette
  • Roasted golden sweet potato cubes, tossed with toasted cashew nuts and a light orange dressing
  • Crisp green and red cabbage, with red onion, celery and carrot shredded and combined with our special dressing
  • Marinated goats feta, black pitted olives, cucumber, tomato and red onion, lightly dressed with vinaigrette
  • Gourmet potatoes, bacon lardoons and finely diced gherkins, smothered in a fresh herb and spring onion dressing

Vegetable Selection

  • Gourmet potatoes, roasted in fresh rosemary with garlic, maldon sea salt and butter
  • Fresh vegetable medley, sauteed Mediterranean style with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and thyme
  • Seasonal vegetable selection, cubed and roasted to perfection
  • Florets of broccoli and cauliflower cooked al dente served in a three cheese creamy sauce


Your choice of two

  • Choice beef rump, rubbed with wholegrain mustard, garlic and rosemary, served with mustard and horseradish cream
  • Succulent champagne ham, slow roasted in pineapple juice and finished with a sweet citrus glaze, served with home made pineapple sauce
  • Herb crusted New Zealand export quality lamb, completed with a fresh mint jelly

All carvery choices are complemented with traditional Yorkshire puddings with steaming beef pan gravy

  • Every Kiwi’s favourite, Pavlova dressed with cream and fresh fruit
  • Brandy flavoured crisp cones filled with Chantilly cream
  • Caramelised apple and blueberry topped with an oat and sweet spice crumble, served with creamy vanilla custard
